The single-phase permanent-magnet synchronism motor shows good application prospect in the energy saving of the motor.In order to promote the development and practical apply of the new motor,the deep analysis of the single-phase permanent-magnet synchronism motor was made and the exploration in motor design aspects was conducted,the test and research on the running features was processed.This paper made search on single-phase permanent-magnet synchronous motor aiming to testing and studying the various types of single-phase permanent-magnet synchronous motors,conducting the finite element simulation analysis on various schemes,comparing the motor efficiency,start-up and cost,and optimizing the aluminum wire using magnetic resistance.The prototype and motor efficiency were tested,and compressor installation and refrigerator energy consumption were also tested.We got the single-phase permanent-magnet synchronous motor testing and compressor evaluation system,satisfying the requirements of refrigerator for compressor,guaranteeing the safety and efficiency of single-phase asynchronous start-up permanent-magnet synchronous motor running in refrigerator for a long time.This paper includes the following parts:Firstly,the paper puts forward the research content about this subject on the base of reviewing the research background and the status quo at home and abroad of the single-phase permanent-magnet synchronism motor.Secondly,we analyzed the working principle of single-phase motor and the development status of permanent magnet material,and compared the difference and common ground between single-phase motor and single-phase permanent-magnet synchronous motor.And then,the design of refrigerator compressor with single-phase permanent-magnet synchronous motor,rotor structure,elliptic-distributed magnetic tiled structure,motor copper wire made by auxiliary Ndfeb magnetic resistance were put forward.We conducted the finite element simulation analysis on various schemes,compared the motor efficiency,start-up and cost,and optimized the aluminum wire using magnetic resistance in view of the above schemes.Finally,the prototype and motor efficiency were tested on the refrigerator compressor employing single-phase permanent-magnet synchronous motor in early stage,and compressor installation and refrigerator energy consumption were also tested.We got the single-phase permanent-magnet synchronous motor testing and compressor evaluation system,satisfying the requirements of refrigerator for compressor,guaranteeing the safety and efficiency of single-phase asynchronous start-up permanent-magnet synchronous motor running in refrigerator for a long time.
