In order to solve the problems of unmanned solar charging station such as idle equipment,difficult maintenance and inefficient management,this paper extracts the data accumulated during the construction and long-term operation of the charging station,and preliminarily excavates the potential value of data assets by building a practical analysis model.By using HighCharts plug-in,the analysis results are provided to managers in the form of visual charts,which changes the prominent shortcomings of the traditional management software,such as lagging function and low efficiency.In order to obtain the power output and the deterioration trend of core equipment that new energy enterprises are most concerned about,the theoretical and actual power generation of solar charging station is calculated by using component area method and standard method,then the conversion efficiency of inverters is analyzed by weighted conversion method,and the conversion efficiency of photovoltaic equipment is analyzed by correlation comparison method.The conclusions drawn from the analysis provide effective decision-making and suggestions for the construction and management of solar charging stations.This paper mainly completes the following work:1.The charging station data is abstracted into four-layer structure model.The theoretical methods and technical means of data from acquisition layer to processing layer and then to visualization layer are studied in detail.The calculation model of power generation and equipment conversion efficiency is designed and applied to the system.It effectively improves the power generation income of charging station and the fine management level of equipment.2.Web management system is developed with information technology such as server,multithreading,GPRS and MVC.It realizes seamless connection between on-line management of power station and data analysis,meets the requirements of remote on-line management,and greatly improves the secondary utilization rate of intangible data assets.3.For equipment with aging and failure trend,a device-side management system based on dynamic two-dimensional code is developed separately by using Java and HTML language.Maintenance personnel can quickly operate and maintain the equipment after scanning the code,and with the popular public number of micro-communication,the maintenance arrangement and equipment health information of charging station are pushed from point to face,which effectively reduces the operation and maintenance investment and management costs.The system realizes the efficient management of solar charging station,and realizes the process and real-time operation in the operation and maintenance link.It provides a new solution to the outstanding problems of complex operation and maintenance and difficult management of unattended solar charging station.
