The load frequency control of the interconnected power system is extremely important for ensuring the frequency stability of the interconnected power system,Selecting the appropriate load frequency controller parameters is more condLucive to reducing the frequency deviation and the tie line switching power to ensure the stability of the system.In view of the disturbance caused by wind power grid-connected power system,the traditional load frequency PI controller can't adapt to the volatility and randomness of wind speed,which causes the regional control deviation to increase,which can't meet the CPS standard well.The paper proposes to improve the fruit fly.The algorithm includes load frequency control of the wind power interconnection grid.Firstly,the paper introduces the research principle of power system frequency modulation,load frequency control and traditional load frequency control model.The influence of wind power grid-connected on frequency deviation coefficient and regional control deviation is analyzed.The composition of control performance standard CPS of interconnected power grid control area is introduced.Secondly,the frequency modulation module is added on the basis of wind turbines to study the influence of wind power grid-connected on regional control deviation and tie line power under different wind power frequency modulation coefficients.The results show that with the increase of frequency modulation coefficient,regional control deviation and tie line power the reduction is beneficial to the recovery of system stability and increases the robustness of the system.Then introduced the fruit fly optimization algorithm(FOA),which has the advantages of less parameters and easy adjustment.Aiming at the problem that the fruit fly optimization algorithm is easy to fall into the local optimum at a fixed step size,an adaptive fruit fly optimization algorithm(SAFOA)with improved step size is proposed,and its superiority is proved by a one-dimensional quadratic function.Finally,in order to solve the problem that the traditional PI control can't adapt to the fluctuation of wind power grid connection,the load frequency control of wind power interconnection grid based on fruit fly optimization PI control is proposed.The results show that the optimal load frequency control based on fruit fly under wind power can reduce the frequency fluctuation,increase the CPS value,and reduce the speed regulation time,which is beneficial to the stability of the power system.
