The popularity of Highly Automated Driving(HAD)provides drivers with greater interaction space in complex information systems.Therefore,more and more car companies and users are focusing on user experience innovation.Due to the significant advantages of HAD technology in effectively improving the safety,comfort and efficiency of drivers and transportation systems,it has become one of the key directions for the development of artificiall intelligence.In foreign markets,autonomous driving products have begun to appear in certain scenarios.Due to the large population base and complicated road conditions,the domestic and even the future will remain at the level of assisted driving and human-computer interaction research for a long time.In summary,research on personal mobile vehicles that meet the current domestic market development has important research and application value.This topic proposes a new solution based on the development stage in which HAD technology people and systems work together.This paper discusses the main processes,key technologies,operating methods and implementation effects.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Summarize the development and use of personal transportation tools at home and abroad.Taking Toyota I-Road as an example,the structure of NTV is analyzed;new NTV requirements analysis,job requirements analysis and design content are proposed.(2)Based on the analysis of the general three-wheel suspension mechanism,based on the knowledge of mechanical synthesis and kinematics,starting from the functional requirements,the working principle is analyzed,and a design scheme of the multi-point adjustment suspension mechanism is proposed.Structural design of its key components and structural demonstration.Among them,the challenge of this design is to allow the mechanism to make multiple angle adjustments to produce sufficient tilt angle.On this basis,the design is based on product appearance preference research and product style preference research.(3)The system center of gravity algorithm is proposed as the basis for vehicle regulation due to changes in the center of gravity of the vehicle caused by suspension adjustment and human driving posture change.Firstly,the security and irritancy analysis is carried out.On this basis,the gravity-center algorithm of the human-vehicle system is proposed.By way of example,the safety and irritating adjustment modes of the vehicle during driving are specifically analyzed.(4)Using the Python language to develop a software system for calculating the center of gravity of the system,completed the design of the human-machine control interface in the new NTV cab,and performed functional tests on this basis.(5)Based on the above research results,use the Cinema 4D,Adobe Premiere,Adobe After Effects and other software to achieve suspension mechanism demonstration animation and product demonstration animation.
