In this thesis,it is mainly focused on the research of differential gear train system by theoretical analysis and simulation experiment of dynamics.The research contents include steady-state and dynamic performances of the differential gear train.The research results of this thesis will offer theory and method support to know more about the dynamic behavior of differential gear train.In the first part,the relationship between the force and the energy of differential gear train system is analyzed theoretically.Then we get the transmission ratio,torque and power relation among the basic building block.And we also get the determinate criterions of power flow.After that we analyze the power allocation of differential gear train system in the steady state.That gives us the formula of transmission efficiency.At last,we build 2K-H and WW differential gear train system to collect the experimental data at different rotation speed and torque.It discuss the usability of transmission efficiency calculation formula in this thesis through the experimental data analyzed.Based on this,the sensitivity issue of the rotational speed and torque of the differential gear train is analyzed in detail by the experimental study.Secondly,the dynamic characteristics of differential gear train is researched from the view point of energy.Building the kinetic equations of differential gear train by using second kind Lagrange's equation to solve out the generalized force and equivalent moment of inertia under the different generalized coordinates,which is based on analytical dynamics.Then we use Matlab and Simulink to analyze the kinetic equation.Through the dynamic simulation we solve the system dynamics equations,and get the response characteristic of differential gear train transient speed and the transient power.Thus the dynamic sensitivity of rotation speed and torque is figured out.This paper propose the concept of contribution degree.So we can get the dynamic power allocation ratio and the contribution degree of speed and torque.Pointing to the concrete condition,it will help us allocate power source efficiently.
