Automobile industry has become a key national industry with the popularity of automobiles.How to design an efficient generator controller has been attracting many researchers' attention.The main function of the automobile generator is to charge the battery of the automobile when the automobile engine is in normal operation,so as to achieve the effect of energy feedback.The energy stored in the battery can be used for automobile electrical equipment such as air conditioning and lighting system.At present,all the automotive generators on the market are AC generators.In the environment of variable speed and frequency conversion,it often fails to fully charge the battery.Therefore,this paper proposes to design a controller with hybrid excitation generator to improve the stability,reliability and adaptability of the automotive power generation system.At first,this thesis introduces the current research status of hybrid excitation generator and its controller,and compares different vehicle generators.Next,the generation principle of hybrid excitation generator and the working mode of relevant controllers are analyzed,The mathematical model of hybrid excitation generator is introduced to understand the operation mode of hybrid excitation generator,the design idea and control strategy of vehicle hybrid excitation generator controller are determined.Then,in order to improve the efficiency of generator power generation,the control hardware is designed.Based on the overall structure diagram,the excitation circuit is designed with the model IRFY044 C MOS transistor,so as to control the voltage of generator power generation.In order to prevent the overcurrent damage of the MOS transistor,the protection circuit of the MOS transistor is designed.The model IR2110 driver device is selected to drive the MOS transistor.The half-bridge driving circuit realizes the design of driving circuit;in order to realize the power supply of operational amplifier,the power supply circuit is designed by using regulators LM7809 and LM7805,and then the voltage and current of hybrid excitation generator can be detected.The design of sampling circuit and protection circuit is realized.Finally,the dsPIC30f6010 a single chip is selected as the generator control chip.Based on the generator control strategy and the mathematical model of the hybrid excitation generator determined by the subject,the software design of the hybrid excitation generator controller is carried out,the PCB board is drawn,and a series of related experiments are carried out on the controller to optimize the hybrid excitation generator controller and realize the control.Experiments show that the optimized excitation current parameters can prevent the motor torque ripple.After selecting the appropriate data and proportion,the hybrid excitation generator can make full use of its own characteristics to speed up the charging time on the premise of saving energy and improving efficiency.The hybrid excitation generator controller designed in this thesis has good regulation ability,improves the system efficiency,and better realizes the control function of the controller.
