In recent years,with the continuous rapid development of the national economy,the demand for electric energy increases in a positive correlation with it.For this reason,China has formulated the development strategy of "east to west power transmission" and "strong power grid".Insulators are an integral part of HVDC transmission lines.According to relevant data statistics,the aging rate of insulators in dc transmission lines is one or two orders of magnitude higher than that of ac transmission lines every year,which is not conducive to the safe and stable operation of power system.Therefore,it is imperative to study the aging performance of insulators.At present,dc insulator aging is studied worldwide by means of dc insulator aging test.However,problems such as weak intelligence and imprecise measurement results generally exist in the experimental devices used,which seriously hinder the research on the aging performance of insulators.In view of the above problems,in order to more accurately and conveniently study the aging performance of dc insulators,this project designs a matching software for the insulator aging test device based on the laboratory to assist in the testing and analysis of the aging performance of insulators.By establishing the communication between the controller and the computer of the experimental device,the data needed for the test are collected,and the corresponding test operation is completed on the graphical interface according to the test requirements,and the collected original data and its processing results are stored in the database.By testing the software on the test device,all the test functions are realized and all the requirements of customers are satisfied.
