Aluminum alloy formwork is a new generation of formwork system following wood formwork,plywood and combined steel formwork.Because of its high strength,good molding,many turnover times and high construction efficiency,it has been widely used in standard floors of high-rise residential buildings and villas with high degree of standardization.After more than 60 years of development,aluminum alloy formwork has formed a huge market scale in China,but some problems have been exposed in the service For example,the formwork system is complex,the detailed design is difficult,the non-standard rate of formwork is high,the non-standard floor and underground garage lack relevant applications.This paper studies the application of aluminum alloy formwork in standard floor and non-standard floor through BIM platform and experiment.The research contents are as follows:(1)The three-dimensional model of the standard floor of the target residence is established through the BIM platform,and the secondary detailed design is carried out on the basis of the three-dimensional model,including the deepening of the waterproof of the doors and windows,toilets and kitchens,the deepening of the anti cracking at the junction of the main structure and the secondary masonry structure,the deepening of forming of the secondary structure of the down-hung beam,door pier and exterior wall,the deepening of the embedding of fire box and water and electricity groove,etc.In the completed deepening model,the optimization of formwork matching is carried out and applied to the actual project.(2)The application of aluminum alloy formwork in non-standard floor and underground garage is studied.Firstly,the structural differences between standard floor and non-standard floor are analyzed,and then the structural design characteristics of underground garage are summarized.Based on the above,two schemes of "all aluminum alloy formwork" and "aluminum wood combination" are proposed,and the two schemes are compared with the original construction scheme to put forward the optimal one.(3)Verify the new reinforcement method "aluminum wood combination" proposed in the non-standard floor,including establishing the finite element model of the new reinforcement system and carrying out tests,and analyze the stress and deformation of the weakest part(external corner reinforcement position and horizontal connector).Analyze whether it meets the requirements of the current specifications and whether it has the potential of popularization. |
