In recent years, with the rapid development of urban transportation, the number of motor vehicles is increasing. The rapid development of urban transportation brings the expansion of residents' travel scale and the deterioration of environmental pollution and energy consumption. The phenomenon of traffic congestion has seriously hindered the development of the city. And these have led to increasing traffic congestion, urban pollution and energy consumption.Electric buses have remarkable characteristics of high capacity, energy saving, low noise and zero emission. In the context of traffic congestion, resource crisis, energy crisis and environmental degradation, electric buses are regarded as an effective way to alleviate the problems and have been widely promoted and applied in various countries in the world. However, the promotion of electric bus needs a gradual process.Due to capital investment, the scrapping of old cars, and battery using,it is difficult to realize the rapid replacement of fuel bus. Therefore, there will be a common mixed operation that both fuel bus and electric bus running in one bus route. This paper first draws lessons from the preparation of bus driving plan and sorts out the process for mixed operation bus routes.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of electric bus and fuel bus,time-sharing electricity price and carbon emission are considered as the key factors to be integrated into the bus distribution plan of mixed buses routes. In order to guarantee the investment limitation,in this paper, the different types of bus operating cost, vehicle energy consumption model and fleet size is analyzed.Combined with the conditions of electric bus charging, the distribution of electric bus and fuel bus for mixed operation is reasonably arranged. In addition,a buses distribution model for mixed buses routes with the objective of minimizing comprehensive costs is established, and time-sharing electricity price and carbon emission are taken as influencing factors in the model.Secondly, considering that the mixed operation bus allocation established in this paper is a combinatorial optimization problem,it is necessary to consider not only the number of bus allocation for different types of buses, but also to make the most reasonable bus scheduling. For this compound model,a simulated annealing algorithm and an improved genetic algorithm are used to solve the assignment model of mixed bus routes. Finally,a bus route in Dalian is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the model and the improved algorithm, and the optimal scheduling scheme is obtained. The influence of electric bus scheduling and time-sharing electricity price is summarized.According to the situation of the train number task, the paper analyzes and puts forward the balance plan of the bus number tasks.
