A Study On Town Planning And Their Countermeasures For Lvshun Economic Technology Development Zone

The State Council of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Strengthening the management of urban planning and construction points out that although the current urban-planning and construction management has achieved some achievements,the problems can not be ignored: the urban planning is forward-looking,serious,mandatory and open,and the city and city buildings are greedy,charming and strange.The development of urban construction blindly pursue scale expansion,and the intensive degree is not high;the intensity of urban construction is not enough,the problems of illegal construction,large demolition and construction are outstanding,the supply of public goods and services is insufficient,and the "urban disease",such as environmental pollution and traffic congestion,has become more and more serious.Lvshun economic and Technological Development Zone,as a newly established state-level economic and Technological Development Zone,has some historical problems in urban planning.By collecting and analyzing the relevant research and literature on urban planning at home and abroad,using field investigation and data comparison,this paper takes Lushun economic and Technological Development Zone as a sample to analyze and study how the new town and new area learn the teaching and training of urban planning experience since the reform and opening up.Urban planning promotes economic construction and improves the living standard of residents.
