At present,China's aerospace industry is in a critical period of rapid development.The development of various models is extremely heavy.A variety of satellites at the same time.The rocket is facing a high-density launch.Missiles are in parallel production.However,the development of project management is still in a single project management,especially the process management.Multi-project management is rarely studied.Based on the theory of schedule planning and critical chain technology,this paper discusses the significant advantages of key chain technology in resource allocation and buffer allocation in multi-project management.Based on the key chain of the multi-project schedule management model,the key chain technology is applied to aerospace process multi-project schedule management,aerospace process multi-project management to a more advanced level.First of all,for the problem of the optimal allocation of finite resources,this paper combines the project-level priorities with the priorities of the processes in the project.The concept of synthetic priority coefficient of multi-project process and its corresponding calculation method are put forward.It's a solution of conflict.Secondly,in the area of buffer setting and management,this paper reduces the security time through process classification,and then draws a reasonable and scientific buffer.In the process of project,to track PB,FB and RB to comprehensive consideration of buffer consumption rate and completion rate of the task chain management mechanism.Finally,the practical application of the key chain multi-project schedule management model is analyzed with the example of the major process special project of the group company.In the project process,using the Microsoft Project software to plan the scheduling.Based on the tracking management mechanism of PB and FB and resource conflict management based on RB,the paper realizes the purpose of shortening the project duration and improving the efficiency of bottleneck resource.It is proved that the multi-project schedule management model based on the critical chain method can greatly reduce the delay risk of multi-project.
