The core of critical chain project management is the determination of the critical chain buffer.The calculation and setting of the buffer affect the determination of the project duration.In order to effectively calculate the size of the buffer,by analyzing and quantifying the different factors affecting the calculation of the buffer,the calculation model of the buffer is improved by means of "add","subtract" and "dash",so that the relay based on the relay is proposed.The key chain buffer calculation model for chain technology.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Explain the theoretical research on key chain and relay chain,such as key chain project management,key chain buffer,relay chain technology,and relay force.(2)Considering the distribution of process duration,the influence of the joint force between the parallel processes before the node,the influence of the free time difference of the import process on the sinking buffer,and the influence of the residual buffer on the project buffer,the distribution based on the construction period and the relay are proposed.The key chain buffer calculation model of the potential.The relay force generated by the mutual cooperation,cross-construction and resource sharing between the parallel parallel steps effectively reduces the risk of process execution.The addition of the relay force reduces the initial buffer,so the introduction of the relay force “reduces” the buffer.The method and the analysis of the example verify the rationality of the method.(3)Analyzing the situation of multi-resource utilization and constraints,using resource impact coefficient to measure the impact of multi-resource constraints on buffer,and considering the impact of time distribution and relay potential on critical chain buffer,a critical chain buffer calculation model based on time distribution,multiresource constraints and relay potential is proposed.The initial buffer is expanded to a certain extent by adding multi-resource constraints.Therefore,the introduction of multi-resource constraints has done a "add" method to the buffer,and the rationality of this method has been verified by an example analysis.(4)Analyze and quantify the relationship between quality,cost,safety and construction period of the process,combine the distribution of the process and the influence of multi-objective constraints on the process time,determine the safety time of the process,and comprehensively consider the distribution of the construction period and multiple resource constraints.And the influence of relay force,a key chain buffer calculation model based on multi-objective constraints is proposed.By analyzing the impact of quantitative quality,cost and safety on the process duration,the relationship execution time under multi-objective constraints is obtained.The addition of multiobjectives makes the execution time of the process offline,thus ensuring that the execution time of the process meets the requirements of each target.Therefore,the introduction of multi-objective constraints imposes a "line" on the buffer,and the rationality of the calculation method is verified by an example analysis.
