Flight test is important through the process of aircraft development.The success of flight test is directly related to the development project.Flight test instrumentation is the basis of flight test,to provide data for test operation.Flight test instrumentation project involves mechanical and electrical field including sensor measurement,encoding,decoding,data communication,data acquisition,data processing,remote sensing,machining,assembly and other major components,and is a Research & Production double process project,the complex process of progress facing greater pressure.At the same time,flight test instrumentation components are various,the system robustness is low,and instrumentation technology renewal quickly,the newer technology brings the higher risk grade to instrumentation project.Therefore,it is very important to test the effective risk management of the instrumentation project.According to the present situation and the demand of risk management based on project risk management of the domestic and foreign related research,and thesis hold a real flight test program risk management work as the research object,studies the relevant theory and application.The main research work is as follows:Firstly,the current situation and characteristics of flight test instrumentation project risk management and are analyzed,andinstrumentation project targets and plans are analyzed.Secondly,according to the risk characteristics of the flight testinstrumentation project,using SHEL model to form the risk factors identification conclusion of flight test instrumentation project.Then,according to the risk factors identification conclusion based on the SHEL identification method,using the method of Delphi(expert evaluation method),AHP(analytic hierarchy process)method to make risk assessment,to confirm risk factors' weights indicators,the formation of the relative weights of the evaluation conclusion,and according to the influence of different risk factors,the proposed control strategy of project risk are chosen.Finally,the theory of risk management of flight test instrumentation projects were tested in aactual project,and the prospect of risk management in the future flight test instrumentation project is put forward.In this paper,through theoretical analysis and case analysis,the risk management of flight test instrumentation project is studied,which provides effective methods and data support for the project risk management.
