Electric Power Split Variable Transmission Model Design For Large Mobile Machinery

After China reformed and opened to the world,its fast growing economy has attracted lots of investment to the infrastructure constructions.And in more recently,government enhance the investment to bridge,railway,high-speed road and etc,try to avoid economy falling into downturn cycle.All these infrastructure constructions need lots of construction machineries,but for our equipment,especially on mobile equipment,they still equip the transmission with technology imported in 1970 s and 1980 s.This is not just low efficiency,it also can't meet operators' needs for ride and comfort.In the past more than 1 decade,different electric hybrid automotives have entered the world market,these automotives equip electric variable transmission(EVT)and the EVT use the planetary gear trains to split and couple the mechanical power flow transported by mechanical device and electric power flow by the generator/motor.This document establishes the analyzing model,find out the features of different coupling configurations,select the right configurations for the large mobile machinery.Then,based on the analysis of the powertrain on existing production machinery,combining the characteristics of electric power split,it establishes simple powertrain model with electric variable transmission as core for the large mobile machinery.After that,this thesis analyzes the speed,torque and power needed when machine operates at start and in different shifts.Combining generator and motor characteristics,it establishes the complete electric variable transmission model for the large mobile machinery.And at the same time,it establishes the method for the design,sub-systems conception determination and system components parameters determination.At the final of this written article,through the analyzing on powertrain of current production large vehicle,it uses design and analysis method,lay out the suitable electric variable transmission model.
