Evaluationand Research On Therecreational Facilitiesin Public Green Spacealong The Central Section Of Huangpu River In Shanghai

The riverside public greenbelts on the riversides of Huangpu River in Shanghai is one of the most important public open spaces of Shanghai,each day carrying thousands of tourists,and the visitors of the regions such as the Bund and Xuhui Riverside are even up to tens of thousands every day during the peak period.Therefore,the riverside public greenbelts on the riversides of HuangpuRiver not only assumes the function of providing the public with resting place and activity place,but also serves as an important platform for presenting the urban appearance of Shanghai.Its construction and management directly affect the image of the whole city.With the implementation of the urban renewal measures and relevant policies in recent years as well as the attention to the construction of the Huangpu River area,the renewal and construction of the public facilities in the riverside area have become the focus of the urban renewal in the next phase.This paper,by taking the recreational facilities as the breakthrough point,selects the constructed riverside public greenbelts in the central part of Huangpu River as the research object,and makes comprehensive quality assessment on more than 10 recreational facilities in the public greenbelts from the aspects such as the scale,layout,shape and function of the recreational facilities.The research is divided into four parts.First,the evaluation model of the recreational facilities is established.The characteristics and existing problems of the recreational facilities in the riverside area are analyzed on the basis of investigation.Besides,the evaluation system with 3 criteria hierarchies and 16 solution hierarchies is established by using the 1analytic hierarchy process based on the relevant literatures and experts' opinions to construct the recreational facilities evaluation model;at the same time,the characteristics of the recreational facilities in the public greenbelts of the central part of Huangpu River are analyzed,and the existing problems and characteristics are generalized from the aspects such as the scale,layout and shape of the recreational facilities;then,the evaluation model of recreational facilities established is adopted to make quality level evaluation on the public greenbelts of the central part.The results show that the quality of the recreational facilities in the riverside public greenbelts of the central part is in the middle-low level,and the greenbelts have low difference,which have a large room for optimization and improvement;finally,on the basis of the results of quality assessment and characteristics analysis,12 optimization proposals of 3 levels are put forward on the public greenbelts of recreational facilities.
