Today,with the rapid development of economy,cars have gradually become a necessity in our life.Through the investigation of car owners and car companies,it is found that there are many problems between them.On the one hand,after buying a car,the owner can only understand the information of the car through the paper manual,which is not convenient to read and inquire and needs to be carried at any time.Moreover,due to the large number of automobile users,automobile enterprises cannot timely update their paper manuals.On the other hand,due to numerous maintenance projects,it is difficult for car owners to remember the specific time and content of maintenance when carrying out regular maintenance of the car.To solve such problems,car owners must contact customer service.Then,the customer service personnel communicate with the relevant technical personnel and feedback to the owner.As a result,information exchange is complicated and car companies cannot provide convenient services for car owners.When encountering common problems,customer service staff cannot sort out the problems and send them to all car owners,but can only provide service support for car owners through a large customer service team,which consumes manpower and time resources.Based on the mode of "car terminal + smart phone",this paper conducts research on automobile information service.The automobile information service system is developed on the mobile phone platform and the on-board platform,and the connection is established with the remote server to realize the synchronous update of information.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:1.The design and implementation of the data platform is completed.The data platform,whose main function is to publish and update information and manage users,isused by employees of automobile enterprises.Aiming at the problem of automobile manual updating,the functions of manual management,light management,hot word management,novice guidance management,vehicle guide management and template management were developed.Aiming at the issue of vehicle maintenance information release,the maintenance manual management function is developed.Aiming at the low efficiency of communication among employees of automobile enterprises,different roles and permissions are assigned to employees of different positions,so that they can directly update and publish contents.Functions of user management,role management,department management,menu management,brand management,model management and annual model management are developed.2.The design and implementation of interface services are completed.The number of system users is large and the system interfaces are various.In order to improve the efficiency of data access and independently implement interface services,a secondary cache is added in the interface service module to relieve the pressure of database access and improve the efficiency of user access.Specifically,it includes thefollowing 10 interfaces: extension package is downloaded and updated,hot words are obtained,car guide list is searched and obtained,manual catalog is obtained,indicator list is obtained,annual model list is obtained,vehicle information is registered,novice guide list is obtained,maintenance manual list is obtained.3.The design and implementation of the terminal platform is completed.The terminal is realized by multiple platforms,including mobile phone terminal and car terminal.The mobile terminal is divided into Android version and IOS version,and the on-board terminal is the Android system with multi-function display screen.The main users of the terminal platform are car owners.Aiming at the problem that the manual cannot be viewed in real time,the functions of electronic instruction manual,pilot light navigation,novice guidance and vehicle guidance are developed.Aiming at the problem that the vehicle maintenance information cannot be obtained in time,the function of maintenance manual is developed.Finally,the search function is developed.The automobile information service system designed and implemented in this paper has been applied to two models of a certain brand.It solves the communication problem between car enterprises and car owners and provides convenient service for car owners.
