Manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of the national economy,meanwhile it consumes a lot of energy.From the perspective of machined part,reducing the energy consumption of the machining process is an important practical way to achieve sustainable development of the manufacturing industry.Considering that the energy consumption of the part machining process is essentially affected by the design parameters and manufacturing parameters,currently,most research foucuses on the influence of specific part design or manufacturing parameters on part machining energy onsumption,however,less research considering the influence of design parameters and manufacturing parameters on part machining energy simultaneously.So a method for predicting and optimization the machining energy consumption of the part with integrated design parameters and manufacturing parameters is proposed based on analyzing the part machining energy consumption and its influencing factors.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:Firstly,based on the characteristics of multi-energy composition of the part machining process,the energy consumption characteristics of the part machining process are analyzed from the perspective of time dimension and space dimension.Based on this,the design parameters and manufacturing of the machining energy consumption of the part are analyzed.The parameters were analyzed and the part design parameters and manufacturing parameter index system were constructed.Secondly,on the basis of the above,a method for predicting the machining energy consumption of part with integrated design parameters and manufacturing parameters is proposed.Firstly,the feature recognition rules of each turning feature are established to realize the feature recognition of the part.Then,based on the design parameters of the part,the part manufacturing information including the tool path of each machining process of the part is generated.the design parameters and manufacturing parameters are integrated in the form of part feature dictionary and token set.In addition,based on the dynamic characteristics of the part machining process,the dynamic energy consumption model of the part machining process is constructed based on HOONet,and the part machining energy consumption model is driven by the token set to predict the energy consumption of the part machining process.Thirdly,the combination effect of the feature processing sequence and the tool path strategy on part machining energy is analyzed.based on this,a workpiece machining energy optimization method integrating the workpiece feature processing sequence and the tooling strategy is proposed,the machining energy consumption of the part is optimized by the genetic algorithm GA.
