The prosperity of the air transport market leads to the constantly enlarging scale of the fleets from airlines all over China.As the number of the aircraft in service increases,the demand for maintenance also rises significantly,which at the same time,however,produces a heavy workload for the production and planning department of the airlines,together with more planned parking time.Therefore,it is of great necessity to provide better methods of making maintenance task operating plan and construct and optimize the maintenance task units.Given that the arrangement of maintenance task units at present is unreasonable,inefficient and energy-consuming in the process of making maintenance task operating plan of the aircraft,a relevant research is carried out in this paper.First of all,the MSG-3 logic analysis method,a guiding theory which determines the maintenance task,is discussed in detail;the formula and characteristics of 0-1 integer programming and the 0-1 knapsack problem are also briefly described,with DPSO introduced afterwards.Secondly,three guidance documents concerning maintenance planning and support based on MSG-3 are elaborated,whose characteristics serve as the criterion for the selection of the source document of the maintenance task.Based on the aforementioned,related attributes of the maintenance task are introduced;the pretreating process of the maintenance interval is fully analyzed and some examples are given.Next,in view of the economical requirements of the operation of the civil aircraft,the control of maintenance cost is transformed into the control of the maintenance time.A model,therefore,to reconstruct and optimize the maintenance task units is established,with the goal of maximizing the accumulative total time of executing all maintenance task units during the period of the overnight post-flight parking,given restrictive factors including the time of the maintenance task,the manhour and the parking time of the maintenance task units.Finally,according to the particularity of the maintenance task and the characteristics of the afore-built model,the regulations of the maintenance time deviation prescribed by AC-121-53 and the DPSO of the knapsack problem are used to construct an algorithm for the model's solution.Meanwhile,taking B737 NG model as an example,a simulation is carried out,and a comparative analysis with the results obtained from the grouping of Airline B is conducted,which manifests that the model and the algorithm not only reduce planned parking time,balance the demand of manpower,and improve the utilization of the aircraft,but also provide a theory and method for formulating reasonable maintenance task units.
