In recent years,the domestic specialized coal terminal enterprises have developed rapidly,and the handling design capacity of the professional coal terminals being put into use and under construction also shows an obvious growth trend.Under this trend,advanced and efficient professional coal transportation equipment are selected for each terminal to improve the operation efficiency of the enterprise,so as to promote the core competitiveness of the enterprise as a whole.Therefore,the efficient operation of equipment has also become the top priority for enterprises to improve operation management.The key equipment of the coal terminal is more complex,and each link is closely connected,and the correlation is strong.The failure of one of the links will cause the interruption of the production process and bring great economic losses to the enterprise.Maximize the efficiency of the equipment,can ensure the efficient operation of coal terminal enterprises.Therefore,through the formulation of reasonable equipment maintenance management strategy,we can effectively improve the reliability of equipment,reduce the failure rate of equipment,and promote the improvement of economic benefits of enterprises.Combined with this background,this thesis proposes to optimize the equipment maintenance task assignment scheme as the research foothold,so as to promote the improvement of equipment maintenance support capacity of coal terminal enterprises,and provide strong assistance for enterprises to ensure efficient production and operation.Based on the theory of equipment maintenance management,grey system and random assignment,and referring to the relevant research results at home and abroad,this thesis makes an in-depth analysis on the present situation of equipment maintenance management in specialized coal terminal enterprises.in view of the uncertainty of equipment repair in the actual equipment management of enterprises,according to the judgment,the decision-making problem of maintenance task assignment is studied,and the randomness and gray nature are dealt with by applying the comprehensive effect function.In this thesis,a random grey equipment maintenance task assignment model based on effect is established,and the solution path combined with Hungarian algorithm is given.Specific demonstration process:taking the task assignment of the equipment support department of SH Company as an example,through the analysis of the characteristics and management status of the equipment maintenance operation of the maintenance support department of the company,combined with the statistical data of equipment maintenance work,the established random grey maintenance assignment model is applied,and the Matlab software is used for programming and calculation.The assignment scheme is compared with the actual production data of SH Company.It is proved that the model can effectively improve the maintenance efficiency of equipment,has a certain practicability,and has a good application value for the improvement of equipment maintenance support ability of professional coal terminal enterprises.
