Passengers and crews have highly requirements for the cabin thermal comfort during the airplane ground operations with the development of the civil aviation industry.The airplane pre-conditioning control strategy is designed that based on the cabin thermal comfort can improve the cabin thermal comfort.The PMV is introduced as the thermal comfort evaluation index,and the PMV prediction method based on CS-BPNN is proposed.Meanwhile,the airplane pre-conditioning control method based on the PMV and the improved SOA is proposed which based on the control target of PMV.The details are as follows:Firstly,the PMV is selected as the evaluation index based on the characteristics of cabin environmental parameters and the advantages and the disadvantages of the thermal comfort evaluation indicators for the lack of evaluation index of cabin thermal comfort.The PMV model is modeled based on the passenger heat balance,which is simplified according to the measured data and is analyzed by matlab.Then,the PMV prediction method based on CS-BPNN is proposed which aimed at coupling,iteration,nonlinearity and usage error of the PMV.This method has better global search ability and smaller predictive error,which compared with GA-BPNN and PSO-BPNN prediction algorithms.Finally,the airplane pre-conditioning control strategy based on the PMV and the improved SOA is proposed that based on the poor control effect and the model of airplane pre-conditioning.The simulation results show that the improved SOA-PID controller has less error and shorter adjustment time,which compared with PID,fuzzy PID and SOA-PID control methods.
