Nowadays,more and more people choose the fastest way of transportation-airplane travel.People travel by plane as usual with trains,and the airport terminal becomes an important venue for passengers at the airport.However,with the increase in the number of airport flights and the changes in weather conditions,airport flight delays often occur,resulting in chaos in the operating order of the terminal building,and the operational situation in the terminal building is increasingly severe.The operational status of the terminal not only reflects the management efficiency of the airport management department,but also affects the passenger's travel quality and satisfaction.In order to improve the operation and management efficiency of the terminal building and improve the passengers' travel satisfaction,it is necessary to formulate an operational situation assessment system for the terminal to solve this problem.Taking the operation situation of an airport terminal in China as the research object,and takes the operation data of the airport as the research basis of the data.Firstly,familiarizing with the operation mode and business process of the airport terminal,the article analyzes the operational data of the three main events of flight,passenger and baggage in the departure system operated by the terminal;secondly,the concept of situation assessment in the military field In the research of the operational situation assessment problem of the technology introduction terminal,based on the functional model and based on the situation assessment,the four stages of situational awareness(perception),situational understanding,situational prediction and situation assessment are discussed and studied.According to the regularity of the long-term operation state of the terminal building and the suddenness of short-term operation,the operating time elements of the terminal building are important research points,and the results of the analysis of the factors affecting different time elements will be The research on operational situation assessment is divided into: the long-term operational situation evaluation system based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the short-term operational situation evaluation system based on Bayesian network based on hourly unit.Finally,the feasibility and adaptability of the model were further verified by experiments.
