At present,China’s economy is in a stage of rapid growth from high-speed growth,the economic structure is continuously optimized,and the civil aviation transportation industry is developing rapidly.The characteristics of airlines are different from those of traditional industries.When evaluating the value of airlines,traditional assessment methods have certain limitations.The characteristics of globalization and marketization of economic development are becoming more and more obvious.The revised economic value added(REVA)theory developed by the theory of economic value added(EVA)is gradually being widely used in various enterprise value assessments.Firstly,the traditional evaluation methods are sorted out,and then the value characteristics of China Airlines are analyzed.On this basis,the relevant indicators of the REVA model are adjusted,and the case calculations are carried out by using Eastern Airlines and Hainan Airlines.The application of REVA model in the evaluation of China’s airline enterprise value is deeply explored,and the evaluation results are compared with market value.Through research,it is found that:(1)traditional assessment methods have certain limitations when evaluating the value of airline companies in China;(2)REVA model can more consider the future potential value of airlines;(3)airlines in China In terms of value enterprise valuation,the REVA model has stronger applicability than the EVA model;(4)The REVA model can be used as a means of assessing the value of airline companies in China.
