In the current engineering maintenance training system,virtual maintenance is an important component.However,most of the current maintenance products are researchs on the research of aircraft parts and maintenance processes,and lack of trainees' s practice of maintenance operations on objects.Therefore,it is necessary to add trainees to the current maintenance process.After researching the virtual human technology,this paper combined it with the engineering maintenance task content,added the virtual human to the virtual maintenance scene,and established the maintenance action model according to the maintenance task decomposition model.Finally,use the virtual human technology to enable the trainees to control the avatar to perform maintenance operations training.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1?According to the national body size of adults and the number of adult hands,combining the virtual human geometry modeling technology and the requirements of engineering maintenance to humans,a hierarchical model of virtual maintenance personnel with skeleton and skin layers is established.2?In order to solve the simulation problem of engineering maintenance tasks,based on the thinking of maintenance task decomposition and operation factors,and drawing lessons from the therblig thought in the human factors engineering,the task was decomposed into several independent tasks and the decomposed task are decomposed hierarchically.The decomposed maintenance therbligs of aircrew are modeled in the 3ds MAX modeling software.3?The information of the operation site on objects is used as the end point information of the inverse kinematics,and the FABRIK inverse kinematics algorithm was used to calculate the posture of the virtual arm in real time.4?In order to describe virtual human's behavior on operating objects such as scenes,tools,and consumables and establish a human-machine interaction model for the field of engineering maintenance,the characteristics of various objects which should consider in the maintenance process are studied and referenced to the behavioral model.5?In the virtual environment for engineering maintenance,the operation process of a virtual human was implemented using the aircraft's 822 electronic equipment door as an object.
