With the rapid development of computer virtual maintenance technology,virtual maintenance technology has gradually gained attention in the maintenance analysis of warship equipment.Due to the narrow internal space of the ship and the complicated structure,the maintainability of the warship equipment needs to fully consider the comfort factors of the maintenance personnel.There are still many deficiencies in existing maintainability analysis and simulation techniques.The most prominent problems are the tedious construction of maintenance process and the low efficiency of human factors assessment.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzed in detail the simulation technology related to ergonomics evaluation in virtual maintenance,and conducted in-depth research on the key technologies of human-machine simulation.The main research contents include digital human model,action library,ergonomics evaluation method and dynamic evaluation technology of simulation process.First of all,based on the DELMIA virtual human body model structure size and GB/T10000-1988 human body size data,CAA C++ secondary development method was used to complete the development of a warship maintenance human body model that conforms to Chinese human body size characteristics.Secondly,Based on the DELMIA virtual human body modeling structure size and the national standard GB/T10000-1988 human body size data,this paper uses CAA C++ secondary development method to complete the development of a digital human body model that conforms to Chinese human body size characteristics.Then,based on the joint motion factors that affect the biomechanical fatigue of the human body,this paper proposed a mathematical model for comfort assessment of human based on fuzzy theory.In addition,this paper also studied the method of information acquisition of DELMIA Process simulation process by CAA technology.On this basis,the ergonomics evaluation module for maintenance simulation is developed.Finally,by constructing the maintenance process simulation experiment,the practicality of the maintenance simulation tools developed in this paper were illustrated by simulation examples.The simulation results verified the correctness and effectiveness of the comfort evaluation model proposed in this paper.
