Research On Financial Risk Management Of KW New Energy Vehicle Company

Over the past decade,with the introduction of national policy and the continuous progress of technology,the new energy vehicle industry has been developing day by day.However,the expansion of the market scale means that enterprises are facing increasing competitiveness.In addition,with the withdrawal of state subsidies from the stage,if the new energy vehicle enterprises want to maintain a stable advantage,financial risk management is imperative.Financial risk management is a crucial link in the internal management for an enterprise,it can reduce the threat of financial risk and improve the efficiency.There are some differences between new energy vehicle enterprises and traditional automobile enterprises.For example,new energy vehicle enterprises have lower environmental costs but higher technical costs,so their financial risk characteristics are different.Through the literature research of scholars at home and abroad,we can find that they have mature opinions on the theoretical system of financial risk management,but the research in practice is not rich enough.Most of them take the whole industry as the object,or take listed companies as samples.They usually do empirical analysis,but seldom select unique cases for detailed identification,evaluation and control.The company which is selected in my paper is a new energy vehicle enterprise,and it is in the stage of market planning.Its strength is around the average level of the market.At present,financial risk management is their primary task.Firstly,the paper expounds the concept,characteristics,classification and causes of financial risk.Then it explains he specific process of financial risk management.It also briefly introduces the concept of entropy method.Secondly,it introduces the situation of new energy vehicle industry,including competition pattern,industry characteristics and development trend.It also expounds the current financial risk management status of KW from the perspective of financial management system,organizational structure and business model.After the analysis of balance sheet and profit statement,I recognize and summarize the financial risks on financing,investment,operation and income distribution through the data and indicators horizontally and vertically.Based on these,the external and internal reasons can be found.And then selecting the financial risk indicators of solvency,profitability,operation and development ability,using an objective weighting method,the entropy method,to measure and evaluate the risk weight,ranking them according to the degree of impact.Combined with the foregoing,the paper puts forward targeted optimization control measures to improve the financial risk management of KW.Finally,after reaching the final conclusion,the shortcomings are summarized and the prospects for future research are put forward.The new energy vehicle industry has attracted much attention at present.Therefore,the author hopes that through the writing of this paper,not only to escort the operation and development of KW,but also to help other enterprises in the same industry think about how to improve their financial risk management capabilities.
