In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the continuous rigid frame bridge and the low-rise tower are very popular in the construction of highways and railways in China.Because of the late start of the low-rise cable-stayed bridge in China,it is short.The research on tower cable-stayed bridge is still in the preliminary stage,while the continuous rigid-frame bridge technology is relatively mature.However,due to the continuous rigid-framed bridge,the low-rise tower cable-stayed bridge becomes a powerful rigid frame bridge.Competitors,the comparative analysis of the applicability of continuous rigid frame bridge and low tower cable-stayed bridge is also very necessary,so this paper analyzes the static dynamic characteristics and economic applicability of low-rise tower cable-stayed bridge and continuous rigid frame bridge.And comparison,I hope to provide some reference for the design of the low tower cable-stayed bridge and the continuous rigid frame bridge in the actual engineering.In this paper,a three-tower low-rise tower cable-stayed bridge and a continuous rigid-frame bridge with the same span are used as examples.The Midas/civil 2015 large-scale finite element analysis software has been used for the short tower cable-stayed bridge.The rigid frame bridge is modeled and analyzed.Firstly,we analyze the static response of the two bridges,then analyze the dynamic characteristics of the two bridges,and analyze the elastic response spectrum of the two bridges under the E1 earthquake.And the results of the elastoplastic dynamic time history under the action of E2 are analyzed and compared.Compare the linear stability and nonlinear stability of the two bridge types,Finally,the economic performance of the two bridge types is analyzed.
