As the global society pays more attention to energy security and environmental protection,microgrids that include clean distributed power sources such as wind power and photovoltaics have developed rapidly.The emergence of microgrid provides a technical guarantee for the flexible access of distributed generation to power grid,and maximizes the utilization of energy by its efficient energy organization.The number,types and control strategies of distributed power sources,energy storage devices and other units in the microgrid are different.The new energy output and load output are uncertain,which undoubtedly complicates the energy optimization operation of the microgrid.Efficient and economical energy-optimized scheduling strategy can reduce the operating cost of the microgrid,reduce the pollution caused by the use of fossil fuels,and promote the scale utilization of new energy.In addition,the power flow distribution of the original distribution network will be affected after the microgrid is connected to the grid,which will bring changes to the voltage and loss of the distribution network.As a product of energy interaction,loss allocation should be considered after the micro-grid is connected to the grid.Therefore,in view of the above problems,this paper has done the following work:Firstly,the mathematical model of common distributed generators in microgrid is analyzed and the operation mode of energy storage is discussed.On this basis,the objective of microgrid economic optimization and environmental protection optimization under microgrid and off-grid mode is established.Aiming at the objective function and constraints of microgrid optimal operation,the intelligent optimization solution method based on evolutionary algorithm is analyzed.Because the uncertainty of load output within the microgrid will affect the optimal operation of the microgrid,this paper proposes a combined prediction method based on collective empirical mode decomposition,wavelet decomposition and long and short term memory neural network.The combined method has high prediction accuracy,can meet the requirements of load prediction accuracy of microgrid,and can reduce the impact of uncertainty factors in the optimization operation of microgrid.Considering the characteristics of the microgrid optimization model,this paper put forward a strategy of cross-mutation mechanism based on improved grey wolf optimizer,and based on the improved algorithm on the on-grid and off-grid model for solving the comprehensive economic benefits of model,the experimental results verified the improved model is helpful to improve the precision of the model,reducing the micro operation cost.Finally,the influence of microgrid on the power flow distribution of the system is analyzed,the optimal operation model of double-layer distribution network with microgrid is established,and the economic operation target of microgrid under the dispatching of distribution network is analyzed.In this paper,the apportionment of loss of microgrid is studied,the general mechanism of apportionment of loss of microgrid is summarized,and the apportionment of loss of microgrid is discussed based on the marginal loss coefficient method.
