The quality of medical devices has always been a major concern for the public.In the process of tracing medical devices,because the supply chain involves multiple links and participants,the information to be traced is entered and managed by different entities,which leads to the phenomenon of information island.At present,most of the mainstream medical device traceability systems are established by a certain enterprise or unit,so the data in the traceability system is also managed by a certain entity.The centralized database is susceptible to human tampering,which will seriously affect the traceability results.Blockchain technology can be used to solve this problem due to its features of non-tampering and decentralization.This paper designs and implements a medical device traceability system based on blockchain technology.By integrating the traditional traceability system with the blockchain technology,on the basis of the characteristics of the blockchain such as decentralization and non-tampering,the system is designed and implemented with the mature blockchain technology platform ethereum as the underlying architecture and the truffle framework.The system mainly includes functions such as user registration and registration,inputs medical device information,inquirys medical device information,authority management and other.In the system,manufacturers,distributors,hospitals and consumers can access product information through product numbers,trace and query products information throughout its circulation process.In addition,consumers do not need to register an account,they can directly query the main information related to the product through the product number,such as production company,date of manufacture,shelf life,price and so on.This paper fully considers each link of the medical device in the traceability process and proposes the AHP-entropy method.This method can evaluate the risk weight of medical device adverse events,so that the link prone to problems can be quickly located and remedial work can be carried out in time after adverse event of medical devices occurs.The AHP-entropy methodcombines the traditional AHP analytic hierarchy process with the entropy method by linear combining weights.This method can fully combine the subjectivity of AHP method and the objectivity of entropy method,making the results of adverse event risk weight assessment of medical devices more accurate and effective.The combination of blockchain technology and traditional medical device traceability systems reduces the centralization of the traceability system,thereby ensuring the trustworthiness of medical devices throughout their supply chain processes and enhancing consumer trust in retrospective results.
