Cable is widely used in basic industries such as national electric power,new energy,rail transit,infrastructure construction,internet communication,and the petrochemical industry,and it plays an important role in China’s economic construction and development.In recent years,safety accidents caused by cable safety problems have occurred from time to time,and cable safety not only affects the safety of power transmission in China,but also is crucial to the safety of people’s lives and property.At present,there are still various shortcomings in cable safety supervision,such as low transparency of traceability data and information islands between enterprises.Blockchain technology has the characteristics of decentralization,distribution,openness and transparency,security,and reliability,and the construction of a blockchain-based cable supply chain traceability system can not only protect the safety of consumers’ lives and property but also promote enterprises to improve their own production processes,assist the government to achieve smart supervision and joint supervision,and promote the development of other related industries.The main work is as follows:(1)Build a cable supply chain traceability solution.It is pointed out that there are still difficulties in China’s cable safety supervision,such as difficulty in traceability,monitoring,rights protection and sharing.Combined with the existing traceability system and the characteristics of the cable supply chain,the business process,functional requirements,and non-functional requirements of cable supply chain traceability are analyzed.Design the overall architecture of the cable supply chain traceability system based on blockchain,design the cable traceability identification code in detail according to the national traceability standard,and integrate,share,and supervise the cable supply chain traceability data.Finally,the blockchainbased cable supply chain traceability prototype system is realized,and the test evaluation shows that the prototype system meets the cable supply chain traceability needs and has good practicability.(2)A long-life supply chain traceability data storage model based on blockchain is proposed.Considering the long-life cycle characteristics of cable supply chain traceability,large on-chain storage redundancy,and long-term data storage pressure,the combination of "on-chain + off-chain" storage method is adopted to classify data according to the degree of confidentiality,and cryptography-related technologies are used to process data.Use IPFS to store real data and back up the data hierarchically between relevant enterprises.Only the index hash value and backup address of the data are saved on the blockchain to ensure that the data will not be accidentally lost.Design data storage arrangement rules to reduce user query time.Through test and analysis,it shows that the model is very suitable for cable supply chain traceability and has great advantages in long-term secure storage and storage expansion of data.(3)In order to ensure the fairness and rationality of the cyclical backup of confidential data in the long-life supply chain traceability data storage model,the weight-based data storage allocation algorithm and the incentive mechanism based on supply chain storage cost-benefit analysis are studied.Encourage all participating enterprises to actively carry out data-level backups to provide more storage space and promote the healthy development of the traceability system.
