Research On Landscape Evaluation Of Charscteristic Commericial Pedesteian Street In Taiyuan City Based On AHP Method

As the most dynamic urban open space,the commercial pedestrian street plays a huge role in the urban landscape with its own unique functions.Strong visual impact,beautiful green environment,distinctive regional features and ample activities have become the basic requirements for pedestrian street landscape design.However,many commercial pedestrian streets are still far from meeting the above requirements.It is not uncommon for street styles to be uniform and lack of service facilities.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the quality of commercial pedestrian street landscape by using reasonable evaluation methods.This paper first describes the concept,characteristics,classification and components of commercial pedestrian street and its landscape.Through the analysis and analysis of related literatures and summary and screening,the AHP method(AHP)was used to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the landscapes of the characteristic commercial pedestrian streets of Food Street,Zhongzhengtian Street,N1 Wenchuang Commercial District,and Qinglong Ancient Town.I hope to find a pedestrian street construction model suitable for Taiyuan City and satisfy people's yearning for the vibrant street.The research results are as follows:1.On the basis of the AHP method,combined with the opinions of the tutor and the students,a total of 29 evaluation indexes of the evaluation indicators were constructed from the three levels of function,environment,aesthetics and cultural attributes,and the evaluation indexes of the same level were compared.Through calculation,it is found that the functional hierarchy has the highest weight,and the environmental hierarchy is second.The aesthetic and cultural attributes have the lowest weight.Among the 29 indicators,traffic accessibility,public service facilities perfection,barrier-free facilities perfection,site sunshine,ventilation and other indicators have higher weights,street width and length ratio,ground paving aesthetics,sculpture aesthetics,ancillary facilities The aesthetics and the characteristics of the times are low.After the index weights were obtained,the 29 evaluation indicators of the four streets were scored separately.After calculation,the comprehensive evaluation results of four commercial pedestrian streets were obtained.The results showed that the overall landscape quality of Zhongzhengtian Street was the highest,and the score reached 3.49 points,followed by Qinglong Ancient Town,Food Street and North American N1 Wenchuang District.The scores were 3.25,2.96,and 2.91,respectively.The evaluation results are consistent with theactual survey results.The scores of the four commercial streets are not more than four points,indicating that the overall quality of the characteristic commercial pedestrian street in Taiyuan needs to be improved.Although each has its own advantages,the shortcomings are also obvious.The common problems are: barrier-free facilities and imperfect public service facilities.The greening rate is low;the spatial sequence is poor;the regional characteristics are not obvious.2.This paper proposes a corresponding transformation strategy for the problems existing in the four streets.First,improve the transportation system,mainly to improve barrier-free facilities and identification systems,add electric vehicles,bicycle parking spaces;second,add service facilities such as seats,public toilets,cigarette butts,and update old facilities to meet people's needs;It is to rectify the spatial interface to ensure the cleanliness and continuity of the street interface;the fourth is to reshape the spatial scale and sequence,to strengthen the change of the bearing-transfer-transformation;the fifth is to make full use of the natural environment of the site and improve the artificial environment;Features and characteristics of the times.
