Frequent building fires have brought great harm to public safety and social development.In order to ensure the reliability of fire resistant design and performance of building components,fire-resistant tests must be carried out before they are put into use in the market.Therefore,it is great practical significance to establish a fire resistance test system for building components to simulate the fire resistance of building components in the fire environment.In order to improve the temperature control accuracy,anti-interference ability and system safety of the fire resistant test system.In this thesis,the fire resistant test system of building components is taken as the research object,the characteristics and control requirements of the system are fully analyzed.The test temperature control is taken as the research focus,and combining with modern computer control technology and advanced intelligent control algorithm to deeply study the intelligent control system for fire resistant test of building components.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The fire resistance test system of building components based on vertical furnace,combustion device,testing equipment and natural gas supply system was studied.The process structure of the test system,including the furnace structure,combustion mode and furnace temperature characteristics was analyzed.From the aspects of computer control idea and integrated control,a basic framework of three-level fire test control system based on field management level,field control level and field equipment level was proposed;(2)The hardware structure of fire resistance test control system based on Siemens S7-300 PLC and industrial computer was developed,and the software design of temperature control,pressure control and auxiliary control was completed;(3)The fire control temperature control is taken as the research focus.According to the uncertainties and time-varying characteristics of the heating process,a method of temperature control based on Improved Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)optimization fuzzy PID was proposed.In order to solve the problem that standard PSO algorithm is easy to fall into local optimum,the adaptive inertia weight based on cosine function and the acceleration coefficient based on linear decreasing individual acceleration coefficient and linear increasing social acceleration coefficient were studied.The feasibility of the improved algorithm was verified by the simulation experiments of four standard test functions.On this basis,the improved PSO algorithm was used to optimize the fuzzy PID quantization factor and the proportional coefficient offline,and the simulation contrast curves of the fuzzy PID control in the fire test temperature system model are given with the conventional PID,fuzzy PID and standard PSO algorithm.The results show that the fuzzy PID for improved PSO algorithm optimizes control has better control effect and good performance of dynamic response;(4)WinCC was used to design the fire resistance test monitoring system for building components,which was used for online monitoring of the control system.The OPC communication technology is used to realize the data communication between MATLAB and WinCC,and the application of the control algorithm in the actual system was completed.The actual fire test results show that the designed fire resistance test control system for building components has good validity and practicability.
