With the advent of Industrial Intelligent Manufacturing 4.0,it has become one of the goals of the development of chemical enterprises to analyze the operation of reheating furnaces by using large data processing technology of industrial processes,and then to improve the energy efficiency of reheating furnaces.Although petrochemical enterprises have accumulated a large amount of equipment operation and maintenance data in the process of long-term development and operation at this stage,they lack in-depth information processing and decision-making.Field staff and managers need to spend a lot of time in making decisions,so they can not make reasonable suggestions on the operation of heating furnace in time and effectively.With the development of information technology,data mining technology has gradually become an important means and basis for decision support.Therefore,the decision tree technology is applied to the traditional equipment management system and improved,and the rules-based information of the furnace is deduced to guide the decision-making and evaluation of the heating furnace,and to make decision analysis for the evaluation of energy efficiency in the heating furnace cluster.The application of Web programming technology integrates the equipment file information and operation information of heating furnace into the same system,which is conducive to the comprehensive evaluation of the overall performance of heating furnace by enterprise decision makers and managers.This topic evaluates the energy efficiency of heating furnace according to the existing parameters,gives the decision-making and suggestions of furnace in different states,and helps field staff to make corresponding processing methods and suggestions.Firstly,starting with the maintenance and management of petrochemical heating furnace equipment,taking ThinkPHP as the framework,CSS and Bootstrap as the style,MySQL as the memory device and other related technologies,the overall framework design of the online evaluation management system,the modular design of the management system and the application flow management of the system are realized,and the equipment components are managed from the basic information of the equipment and the maintenance of the equipment.Unify with patrol inspection,equipment warehousing and other processes to facilitate the enterprise to achieve comprehensive management and information technology.Secondly,in the part of energy efficiency evaluation,thermal efficiency is selected as an important criterion for energy efficiency evaluation,and the operation parameters of heating furnace are stored in local MySQL database for further analysis by using dynamic link library;after preliminary screening of important parameters by means of expert consultation and literature review,the key research is carried out,which is divided into attribute correlation processing and minimum information entropy discretization processing.Training set and test set;Applying attribute correlation coefficient to simulated annealing algorithm,adjustingattribute set,searching for optimal combination as input parameter of C4.5 decision tree algorithm,generating decision tree model with high predictability,and generating IF-THEN rules,which are embedded in online evaluation management system,combining with furnace regulation rules with expert experience,establishing intelligent energy efficiency decision-making Evaluation system.Finally,in the system implementation part,through in-depth analysis of important parameters such as furnace structure and energy efficiency,the improved decision tree algorithm model with higher classification accuracy is selected,and the generated Java algorithm package is embedded into the online evaluation management system by using PHP-JAVA-Bridge control,which is used to evaluate the energy efficiency of heating furnace,and to provide decision-making for field staff and decision-making managers.Finally,the overall combustion efficiency of the heating furnace group will be improved.
