With the continuous development of the global economy and trade,the importance of the shipping industry has become increasingly prominent.However,as an important means of transportation,ships have problems such as large energy consumption and high carbon emissions,which have a non-negligible impact on the environment.Therefore,the research on ship energy efficiency management,speed optimization and ship energy efficiency decision support system has become an important research direction,which needs further research and practice.Here is a close relationship among ship resistance analysis,ship main engine fuel consumption model and ship speed optimization algorithm.The three interact with each other and jointly affect the ship ’s speed,fuel consumption and operational efficiency.Based on the ship energy efficiency management,this thesis establishes the main engine fuel consumption model of a bulk carrier based on the resistance analysis,and divides the route for the operation route of the ship,and uses the optimization algorithm to optimize the speed.At the same time,a speed assistant decision-making system based on optimization algorithm is constructed,which realizes real-time optimization of speed and lays a foundation for energy saving and emission reduction of ships.In this thesis,based on the analysis and comparison of two commonly used speed optimization algorithms,the artificial bee colony algorithm is proposed for the first time to construct the speed auxiliary decision system.The test shows that the algorithm has certain advantages in the field of speed optimization.The main work of this thesis is as follows :1.The research background and related theories of energy efficiency management and speed optimization are analyzed and sorted out.Based on the analysis of ship navigation resistance,the main engine fuel consumption model is established,and a cluster intelligent algorithm,artificial bee colony algorithm,which is first applied in the field of speed optimization,is introduced.Through the calculation of the speed optimization example,the feasibility of the algorithm in the field of speed optimization is verified.2.The advantages of artificial bee colony algorithm in the field of speed optimization are compared and verified.Through the test of the test function of the speed optimization algorithm,the advantages of the artificial bee colony algorithm in the four aspects of global convergence speed,ability to jump out of the local optimal solution,accuracy of calculating the global optimal solution and solution speed are theoretically proved.The speed optimization of artificial bee colony algorithm is carried out for the navigation data of a bulk carrier international route,and the optimization results of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm are compared to further verify the advantages of artificial bee colony algorithm in the field of speed optimization.3.The ship speed auxiliary decision system is constructed.The software of ship speed assistant decision-making system based on artificial bee colony algorithm is programmed by MATLAB and Lab VIEW.The system can realize the collection,display,analysis and storage of navigation data,and provide real-time speed optimization suggestions for ships through artificial bee colony algorithm.The research results of this thesis can promote the further development of the speed optimization field,and its related optimization algorithms and software have certain academic and practical value.
