Coagulation detection is an important method for the diagnosis,prevention and treatment of hemostasis and thrombosis-related diseases in clinical practice.It has a very significant guiding role in all clinical departments.Point-of-care testing(POCT)is a novel field of laboratory medical development.It is a testing laboratory medical technology that can be carried out beside patients.Especially for real time detection of coagulation,POCT can greatly shorten the detection time without sample transportation,pretreatment and rapid reporting,thus become a research hotspot.In addition,the existing coagulation detection equipment has the shortcoming of high price and complex steps and unable to meet the needs of miniaturization and instant detection.Therefore,realizing miniaturization of instant coagulation detection equipment is the inevitable trend of coagulation detection development.With the goodness of wireless passive,small size,low cost and lower energy consumption,the detection method of magnetic elastic sensors can possess advantages of miniaturization,low cost and fast detection speed.Thus,coagulation detection based on magnetic elastic sensors is expected to be a new method for POCT.Some domestic and foreign research teams and the previous work of our research group also confirmed the possibility and feasibility of using magnetoelastic sensors to detect coagulation.Based on the existing hardware detection platform of magnetic elastic sensor,this paper analyzes the functional requirements of coagulation detection,and develops a whole set of miniaturized POCT system software,in order to achieve the detection of coagulation factor and coagulation function of POCT.With C++ graphical user interface technology Qt as the development tool,this paper realizes the following software functions such as data collection,processing and analysis,display of coagulation time curve and marking of main parameters of coagulation detection etc.And it also can generate detection reports for different detection.At the same time,SQLite technology is used to store and manage data.In addition,the software also has additional functions including time calibration and Chinese input method etc.In order to verify the software function and blood coagulation detection performance,preliminary experiments were carried out using quality control products and blood samples.The obtained clotting time curve is consistent with the coagulation theory model and is reproducible.Compared with the diagnostic reference range of the existing coagulation detector,the two coagulation parameters(K,α)and one coagulation factor parameter(APTT)have good agreement,while the other parameters(R,PT and TT)are slightly different.The experimental results show that the software functions are normal,can effectively detect coagulation function and clotting factors,achieve the expected design goals,and provide more comprehensive reference information for clinical diagnosis.
