Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Central Committee has put a high value on ecological progress and environmental protection,it has been included in the ?Five-point Strategy‘ layout and "Four Comprehensive" strategic blueprint.They have incorporated ?a beautiful China‘ into ?The 13 th Five-Year Plan‘.The 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out emphatically that ecological progress is a fundamental task crucial for generations as to the Sustainable Development of the Chinese Nation.At the same time,along with the advancement of urbanization,the population and land of cities are expanding rapidly,New cities and built-up urban areas will improve massive a construction of municipal landscape.Nowadays the investment of Chinese real estate and infrastructure keep going smoothly,and the national economy develop sustainably,it creates a vast mark demand of real estate landscape.So Chinese landscape industry is developing continuously and rapidly,and facing an unprecedented opportunity.If the K Landscape Company wants to catch the opportunity and conform to the development trend of the industry and achieving strategic objectives,it must realize its management and operation question and resolve them.According to the management performance‘s BSC evaluation result and the analyses of financial position,results of operation and cash flows,the company can find out the critical factor of poor management performance.It is urgent to analyze the reasons and research the countermeasures for improving their management methods.Based on this background,this thesis analyses the K Landscape Companies‘ business performance,and search for the reason why the results of performance evaluation is different from the real business performance,and try to explain why the high score in examination but poor achievement in operation.Last but not least,this thesis discusses how to promote the K Landscape Company‘s business performance level and improve its performance evaluation system,in order to guarantee it develop stably with long-term period.Firstly,this thesis combs the performance evaluation system frame of K Landscape Company,it bases on Balanced Score Card(BSC)and it is essentially effective.Secondly,according to the scores of BSC,this thesis elaborates the company‘s problems in operation and management and the shortage of performance evaluation system in the implementation.Thirdly,this thesis compares the business performance of K Landscape Company with other benchmark companies,the results showed that the gap of administrative level between k Landscape Company and other benchmark companies.Fourth,this thesis summarizes what kind of operations and management problems does the K Landscape Company adopt.Finally,this thesis puts forward countermeasures for the problems.This thesis hopes to bring some useful resource for small and medium-sized enterprises to promote their operation and management methods and provide a reference case for the application of BSC in landscape enterprises.
