This paper studies and puts forward solutions of the serious vibration and high frequency noise in the upper and tail flue of the first domestic supercritical lignite Tower Boiler under high load?In this paper,the vibration of two boilers in HUANENG JIUTAI POWER PLANT is analyzed,the resonance of shedding eddy vibration and acoustic standing wave is determined to be the main cause of vibration.The vibration data sampling and vibration calculation of the position of reheater,superheater and economizer of the boiler are further analyzed.By comparing the two methods of changing shedding eddy vibration frequency and changing acoustic standing wave frequency,the two methods are applied in actual construction.The engineering difficulty in retrofitting is discussed.The solution to change the acoustic standing wave frequency of gas chamber is given.The method of adding partition in economizer is proposed to change the acoustic standing wave frequency.Based on the vibration principle,the number and location of partition are calculated.The solution is applied to boilers No.1 and No.2 of HUANENG JIUTAI POWER PLANT,which effectively solves the vibration problem of boilers,completely gets rid of the frequent leakage accidents caused by fatigue damage caused by vibration,and eliminates the hidden safety hazards of boilers.
