| With the development of modern industry and the improvement of automation control level,the demand of intelligent electric valve actuator in industrial system is increasing.Many actuators manufacturing enterprises have devoted themselves to the development of intelligent,miniaturized and integrated electric actuators.More and more industrial enterprises in our country gradually realize the transformation from manual production line to automatic production line,and the valves originally operated by manual will be outlawed by electric valve actuators.In order to reduce labor cost,improve the reliability of system pipe network operation,and ensure the safety of explosive gas and dust environment.Therefore,higher requirements are put forward for the actuators of electric valves,Namely explosion-proof performance.In view of the characteristics and shortcomings of the existing electric valve actuators in the domestic market,this paper aims to develop an explosion-proof fully intelligent electric valve actuator,which can meet the requirements of intelligent,miniaturized and integrated use of explosive gas and dust in the environment.Explosion-proof electric valve actuator,the main research contents of this subject are as follows:In order to meet different market demands and realize product diversification,several commonly used electric valve actuators are determined.In order to realize the miniaturization of the electric actuator,the mechanical transmission system is designed,and the main transmission parts in the transmission system are designed and checked according to the output torque.According to the requirements of GB3836.1-2010 and GB3836.2-2010,the difficulties in the design of explosion-proof structure of actuator are analyzed.According to the existing difficulties,measures are taken to design the explosion-proof structure,and the explosion-proof parts of the actuator are selected and designed.In order to realize the intelligence and integration of the actuator,this paper adopts FPGA(Editable Logic Array)and DSP(Digital signal processor)as the framework,and integrates the field programmable logic array(SOC)technology(system integration in the chip technology).In this way,the actuator can respond quickly to the signal,control accurately and sensitively.At the same time,in order to verify whether the explosion-proof structure design and control function of the actuator meet the requirements,a prototype is made to carry out the type test,the qualification certification test and the production license test of the explosion-proof electrical products.Based on the research of explosion-proof structure and control system of actuator,a miniaturized,intelligent and explosion-proof electric valve actuator is designed in this paper. |
