Explosion-proof diesel engine as one of the main power sources in mining industry.Because of its high thermal efficiency,low fuel consumption,safe operation and convenient operation,it has been used more and more widely.But washing tank and outlet flame trap installed to increase the intake and exhaust system resistance,is not conducive to the diesel engine combustion and ventilation,to reduce the power and economy performance.In order to reduce the influence of explosion-proof elements on the intake and exhaust and improve the performances of the explosion-proof diesel engine,it is necessary to determine the influence of the valve timing and air flow rate on the performance of diesel engine,and then readjust the valve system of explosion-proof diesel engine.In this paper,based on the combination of experiment and simulation,using AVL-BOOST software and AVL-FIRE software to simulate the 4100 QFB explosion-proof diesel,analysis the performance of explosion-proof diesel engine under different valve timing and different air intake.Then,determine the influence of valve timing and air intake on the performance of explosion-proof diesel engine,and readjust the valve system.The main research contents are shown as follows:1)With the help of AVL-BOOST software,the proof-diesel engine operation model was established,and the accuracy of this model is verified by the test data of the explosion-proof diesel engine.The operation condition of the explosionproof diesel engine under different inlet air late angle and exhaust opening angle was simulated by changing the phase of gas distribution.The simulation results show that there are certain influence with gas phase of explosion-proof diesel engine power and economy,increase the intake lag angle and exhaust opening angle to a certain extent,can improve the dynamic and economic performance of explosion-proof diesel engine.2)The combustion process of explosion proof diesel engine was modeled by using AVL-FIRE software,and the accuracy of the model was verified by the test data of diesel engine.Then,we changed the valve timing of this model,to analysis the combustion performance and the emission performance of explosionproof diesel engine under different intake valve opening angle and exhaust valve closing angle.The results show that changing explosion-proof diesel port time will influence the engine combustion pressure,heat release rate and emission performance like NOćSoot of explosion-proof diesel greatly.3)Build explosion-proof diesel engine bench test,then a certain type of explosion-proof diesel under different air intake flow were studied.The test result show that reducing air intake flow will reduce power performance of explosion-proof diesel,and increase smoke slightly,but it will also reduce the emissions of NO.Therefore,reasonable air intake has significant effects on the dynamic performance and emissions of explosion-proof diesel. |
