Research On Performance Measurement Of Social Responsibility Performance Of Construction Enterprises In China

With the development of economy and the progress of society,the demand of society for enterprises is not only to promote its economic development,enterprises consciously undertaking social responsibility has become a widespread consensus of society.Based on this background,combined with the implementation of social responsibility of construction enterprises,constructing the performance measurement system of corporate social responsibility performance in construction industry is the starting point and the end point of this paper.Firstly,the implementation of social responsibility of construction enterprises in China was investigated and analyzed.The social responsibility performance report of 25 construction enterprises in China was selected as the research object,taking "the disclosure degree,subject,normative and content of liability report" as the research content,the survey data were classified and analyzed.Through investigation and analysis,it not only provides a basis for the research on the performance measurement of corporate social responsibility in construction industry,but also lays a foundation for the establishment of performance measurement index system.Secondly,this study established the index system of performance measurement of corporate social responsibility in construction industry,constructed a "fuzzy comprehensive measurement model" of performance measurement,and formed a complete comprehensive measurement system of corporate social responsibility performance in construction industry.Among them,the establishment of the indicator system is based on the Guidelines for Social Responsibility(GB/T36000-2015)and the Construction Industry(CASS-CSR3.0)of the Guidelines for the Compilation of Corporate Social Responsibility Reports in China,and combined with the investigation and analysis of the CSR reports of construction enterprises,the form of questionnaire or visiting survey to experts was finally determined;Analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weights of the indicators,and the fuzzy evaluation method was used to measure the comprehensive performance.Finally,the performance of Gezhouba Group Co.,Ltd.in 2017 was measured by using the research results,which verified the rationality of the performance measurement system.According to the measurement results,some suggestions were put forward for the deficiencies of Gezhouba dam in fulfilling its social responsibility.The significance of the above research lies in: The results of the research can comprehensively evaluate the performance of corporate social responsibility in construction industry,overcome the shortcomings of single index evaluation,and help construction enterprises and society to make a unified evaluation of CSR performance,so as to avoid the problem of "Wang Po sells melons and boasts of herself".Secondly,the research results can measure the performance of corporate social responsibility in construction industry comprehensively.Secondly,the research results can measure the performance of corporate social responsibility in construction industry comprehensively,enterprises can synthetically quantify their past performance of social responsibility according to the measurement model.in order to guide enterprises to improve and enhance the performance of social responsibility performance.
