D. Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Social Responsibility Performance Of Construction Enterprises

The construction industry has played an active role in promoting China's economic,social and urban construction.At the same time,it has brought a series of negative problems,such as infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers by construction enterprises,frequent accidents in production safety,high energy consumption and heavy pollution.D is a large construction enterprise managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.As a construction enterprise,there are also many problems,such as weak awareness of corporate social responsibility,inadequate fulfillment of corporate social responsibility,and insufficient attention to corporate social responsibility.For example,infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of employees,non-participation in insurance,non-signing of labor contracts;poor quality of projects,sub-optimal,jerry-building;lack of environmental awareness of enterprises,waste random stacking,construction noise and other issues,which have become the main culprits endangering the normal work and life of residents,and dust caused by construction,is one of the important factors leading to air quality not up to the standard.To realize the sustainable development of enterprises,we must insist on the simultaneous implementation of corporate social responsibility and economic development.At present,the government and relevant organizations have issued a series of standards to guide the implementation of corporate social responsibility.For example,ISO 26000:Guidelines for Social Responsibility(2010),SASASAC Guidelines for Central Enterprises to Perform Social Responsibility,etc.Scholars at home and abroad have also carried out research on social responsibility of the construction industry.Foreign scholars have already carried out theoretical research on corporate social responsibility.At present,the theory has been very mature.Many empirical studies on corporate social responsibility have also been carried out.However.the construction industry and the basic national conditions are closely related,the empirical experience of foreign countries is not necessarily suitable for China's construction enterprises.Domestic scholars have begun to conduct empirical research on social responsibility on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign social responsibility theory,but there are few empirical studies on the construction industry,and there is no research on the construction industry representative company D construction enterprise in China.Based on this,this paper studies the social responsibility of D construction enterprises.Combining sustainable development theory with stakeholder theory.Through company interviews and field research,combined with the comparative analysis of the D construction enterprise social responsibility report(2003-2007),comparative analysis of the performance of social responsibility with similar enterprises in the same industry,comparative analysis with IS026000 standard,through PEST and SWOT analysis of the internal and external en,vironment of D construction enterprise.The influence of politics,economy,society,technology and the development of enterprises on corporate social responsibility of D construction enterprises is obtained,which lays a foundation for further analysis of the problems of D construction enterprises.In conclusion,it is found that D construction enterprises have prominent problems such as violation of the rights and interests of migrant workers,high energy consumption,heavy pollution and safety in production.In view of the problem of D construction enterprises fulfilling their social responsibility,first of all,from four aspects:strengthening supervision,improving democratic management,emphasizing the management of migrant workers,guaranteeing the wages of well-known workers,and improving the emergency mechanism of labor subcontracting disputes.D construction enterprises are suggested to protect the rights and interests of well-known workers.Secondly,according to the problems of large energy consumption and heavy pollution exposed by D construction enterprises,it is suggested that energy conservation and emission reduction should be carried out from three aspects:promoting energy conservation and emission reduction,improving the use of resources and strengthening environmental protection.Finally,according to the severe safety production situation of D construction enterprises,safety management should be carried out from four aspects:safety production management,hidden danger investigation and management,safety emergency management and actively adapting to strict external supervision environment.By studying the social responsibility of D construction enterprises,it can make D construction enterprises understand their own situation clearly and implement reasonable social responsibility strategies,which has important practical guiding significance for D construction enterprises to take the initiative to undertake social responsibility.It is helpful for the development of D construction enterprises,and also provides experience for similar enterprises in China.
