Since the reform and opening up,China's transportation construction has developed rapidly,and the bridge project,as an important part of transportation,has also made great progress.Especially in recent years,our country has built a large number of connected rivers and lakes,alpine valleys of the bridge,has accumulated rich experience in construction,and after the peak period of construction,Bridges in China has entered the phase of operation and maintenance.However,the concept,method and materials of operation and maintenance determine the service life of the bridge,which is a major issue concerning the national economy and the people's livelihood.In addition,with the rapid development of economy,the road traffic volume is increasing,and the importance of bridge operation and maintenance is becoming more and more important to ensure the smooth and safe transportation.The significance of operation and maintenance of bridge engineering operation: to ensure that the bridge structure can work continuously;Ensuring driving and public safety;By replacing the broken structural parts,extending the service life of each part of the structure and reducing the erosion of the environment,the value of the assets is preserved,and the life of the bridge is finally met with the design standard.First establish static target model,highway bridge safety operation and maintenance in the data collection has the similar project time limit for a project,based on the use of artificial intelligent neural network(BPNN to each part and the safety of key control project target optimization,set up safety control problems,causes and countermeasures of history data database and schedule early-warning system.Based on the similar engineering safety data information collection,using artificial intelligent neural network(BPNN locate potential risks highway safety operation and maintenance,accident type and frequency,using "hine law" principle,to determine the risk point of the proposed construction project,risk categories and key control areas,and establish the security reasons countermeasures data database,security early warning system and security early warning and response system.Then establish dynamic optimization model of highway bridge safety operation and maintenance,determine the control cycle of safe operation and maintenance,build up PDCA dynamic control system,determine each control cycle plan goal and establish a time limit for a project statistics system and building security with the laws of the hine statistics system,each control cycle safety actual data in time,and comparison analysis,identify problems and timely early warning,the emergence of new problems,causes and countermeasures,will update and optimize the original database system.Finally establish the highway across the three dimensional dynamic optimization plus auxiliary management system,based on the JAVA language for system development platform,the use of BIM modeling technology to establish the highway 3D model and load to the platform,each database,MySQL database storage schedule by intelligent algorithm to the actual project and plan target smart comparison,automatic warning,intelligent decision goal.
