Promoting BIM technology research and application in the field of bridge engineering has become the industry consensus.But the technology research of BIM in the field of bridge engineering is not enough comprehensive and practical engineering applications are not mature,especially in the bridge Operation and maintenance management stage.Therefore,this thesis taking steel truss bridge as the research object with BIM information technology as the means,and aiming at the basic performance of steel bridge in the whole life cycle to explores and studies the specific application route of BIM technology in the operation and maintenance stage of steel bridge engineering,and does the following work:(1)Through the reading and collation of domestic and foreign literatures,it was concluded that the foreign literature research mostly lay in the basic definition of bridge BIM standard and the design of data format.The domestic literature research was based on specific engineering projects,expounding the implementation framework and application value of BIM.At the same time,it was found that the application research of BIM technology at home and abroad mainly focused on the early stage of design and construction.The research and application of operation and maintenance stage was still very rare,and the research prospect and application value of BIM technology in the operation and maintenance stage of bridge engineering were affirmed.(2)Through the analysis of the technical characteristics of the four mainstream software vendors,considering the visualization,learning,diversity,scalability,and interactivity of the software,the Revit of the Autodesk platform was selected as the core modeling software with the visual programming software Dynamo as a secondary development auxiliary software.After the actual modeling test,it proved that Revit and Dynamo can well realize the modeling work and secondary development of complex steel truss bridges.(3)The BIM structure information of the steel truss bridge was decomposed.Referring to the design drawings of the steel truss bridge of a passenger and cargo shared double-track railway,according to the LOD specification,the upper structure of the steel truss bridge was refined according to the standard of LOD400 and the lower structure of the steel truss bridge was modeled by the standard of LOD300.The main component family library was established.The refined structural information model of the steel truss bridge was completed,and the general modeling process of BIM model of the steel truss bridge was summarized and proposed.(4)Based on the structural information model of steel truss girder bridge,the crack disease module was introduced,and the structural information model was extended to the operation and maintenance information model.The introduction mechanism of bridge BIM disease information was summarized.Based on the visual programming software Dynamo,a function of rapid and batch update of disease information was developed,and the disease information update code was modularized.The BIM-based steel structure bridge information operation and maintenance management system was initially established.(5)The characteristics of the information flow in the bridge operation and maintenance phase were analyzed,and the operation and maintenance information framework for the informationization of the steel truss bridge was constructed.The construction method of the bridge operation and maintenance management system based on BIM technology was explored.Combined with Dynamo,the application route of BIM technology in bridge disease information management was explored.(6)The time parameter was introduced to promote the operation and maintenance information model to the 4D model,which realized the dynamic correlation between the disease information and the 3D graphics in time series,and the establishment of the 4D operation and maintenance information model.Also,it laid a foundation for the further development of the BIM-based bridge operation and maintenance management system,which was fundamentally different from the traditional bridge operation and maintenance management system based on the two-dimensional operation interface.
