| This paper,took Zheng(state)than(state)railway tunnel construction period of GaoJiaping relied on Hubei,used the finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish the whole section tunnel excavation analysis model,the numerical analysis was carried out on the different working conditions,tunnel,and connected with the construction site monitoring data,demonstrates the ADECO-RS in the whole section GaoJiaping tunnel excavation engineering feasibility,mainly done the following work:(1)This paper introduced the operation steps of the ADECO-RS in the design and construction stage,as well as its differences with the NATM,and obtains the advantages of the ADECO-RS compared with other methods in the case of greater difficulty in construction.At the same time,several common deformation control methods in the construction of ADECO-RS are introduced.(2)According to the deformation characteristics of the soft surrounding rock and combined with the engineering practice,the construction method and supporting measures of Gaojiaping tunnel based on the construction concept of the ADECO-RS are proposed;(3)the whole section tunnel excavation analysis model established by using ANSYS software,to no forepole,pipe shed advance support,pipe roof forepole constraints + glass fiber anchor a numerical simulation of the working condition of three kinds of construction results show that applied pipe roof bolting can reduce deformation by about 30%,and constraints anchor pipe roof common use can reduce deformation of 40%,can effectively improve the tunnel vault plastic deformation,can guarantee the stability of surrounding rock after excavation;(4)Monitoring and measuring of tunnel construction,data analysis results show that the stress and deformation values of the soft surrounding rock tunnel segment with advanced support are within the allowable range after full section excavation and conventional support. |
