As the main factor of shortening the life of hydraulic components,reducing system reliability and deteriorating human-machine environment,pressure pulsation affects the application of hydraulic technology.Pump-controlled hydraulic systems mostly operates under the condition of variable pressure,and their pressure pulsation is more complex,so it is of certain practical engineering significance to solve the problem of pressure pulsation absorption under variable pressure conditions.Based on the typical variable working pressure-hydrophobic system of underwater vehicle,the accumulator group was designed in this paper,and its pressure pulsation absorption performance under the condition of variable pressure was optimized to achieve the global equilibrium and optimal performance.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the mathematical model of the accumulator was established,and the influence of various structural parameters and the number of accumulators on the absorption performance of pressure pulsation were studied.The conventional single accumulator was replaced by multiple diaphragm accumulators,and an accumulator group was designed.Secondly,the inflation pressure parameters of each diaphragm in the accumulator group were optimized,so that the absorption performance of the accumulator group to pressure pulsation under variable pressure conditions achieved global equilibrium optimization.In the optimization,simulated annealing algorithm(SA)was used as the main algorithm and genetic algorithm(GA)as the auxiliary to establish the hybrid optimization algorithm.By comparing and summarizing the performance rules of accumulator groups,the pseudo fitness evaluation standard was introduced into the hybrid optimization algorithm,and the mutation probability was adjusted to improve the calculation efficiency of the algorithm.Finally,a test platform for the accumulator group was set up and the pressure pulsation absorption performance test was carried out.The test results verified the feasibility of the algorithm and achieved the expected result that the accumulator group absorbs the pressure pulsation with the best global equilibrium.In this paper,the optimal design and research of accumulator group for absorbing pressure pulsation under variable pressure condition may provide a way to control pressure pulsation under variable pressure condition.
