While new technologies are changing our lives,they are also accelerating the speed at which we explore the universe.As satellite technology and applications continue to evolve,there is an increasing need to reduce satellite costs,reduce risk,and accelerate development and deployment cycles.The development of small satellites has emerged in recent years.The small satellite is small in size,light in weight,strong in personality,low in production cost,and has achieved many breakthroughs and gained a lot of attention.It brings a new set of ideas and new models for satellite development.According to the working requirements of small analog satellites,this paper designs a volume of no more than 1000 cubic centimeters and a total weight of no more than 1000 grams.It is a small analog cube satellite with the advantages of light weight,high security and fast response,the bottom will be equipped with an air floating plate to make the small analog satellite move without friction between other objects,used to simulate the motion of a satellite's motion posture.A dynamic positioning method based on computer vision is proposed,a control system is designed to realize small simulation satellite motion simulation.At the same time,simulation analysis,topology optimization,additive manufacturing trial and mechanical testing are carried out for the main structural components of the small analog satellite.Comparing the stiffness of the original model and the optimized model,the final small model satellite design is obtained.The overall structural design of the small analog satellite mainly includes the shell,the push plate,the splint,the fixture design,and the longitudinal movable design.The housing has a hollow cube shape,it involves the selection of fans,motors,and lithium batteries.At the same time,it is also necessary to consider the requirements of the design of the detection device,load layout design,material selection and so on.By interacting with the board control and the fan push,the movement of the small analog satellite in all directions can be ensured.At the same time,through the position of the center of mass,the device is balanced in all directions,it reduces the jitter during its movement,and realizes its simple structure and highly integrated functions.The control system of the small analog satellite measures the thrust of each fan from the strain gauges in real time by using the PID algorithm.While the master chip reads the distance from the infrared distance measuring sensor and the optical flow meter,read the current angular velocity from the gyroscope,and calculates.After the current attitude angle,and the information is uploaded to the host computer through the WIFI module,involving thrust measurement,motor control,WIFI wireless communication,etc.Analyzethe images transmitted by the camera using the OpenCV Vision Library,obtain the dynamic indicators of the satellite and use Simulink to control the analog satellites.The proposed computer vision algorithm can mark the specific color and shape of the object in advance,realize the accurate distinction of the color,improve the validity and timeliness of the positioning,and solved the problem of small analog satellite platform.This method has been applied for an invention patent based on a computer vision-based dynamic positioning method and has been authorized.At the same time,in the design process of small analog satellite structure,the finite element modeling of the cantilever of the key mechanism connecting small analog satellites and fans and motors is carried out.Due to the high-speed operation of the fan during actual work,the structural member is prone to vibration,resulting in displacement or even breakage,resulting in problems such as the disconnection of the threaded connector.The optimized design of the structural member is particularly critical.After static and dynamic analysis with HyperWorks,and then topology optimization design,you can get its optimal design structure configuration.After that,the PolyNURBS function in the SolidThinking Inspire software is used for post-processing reconstruction.This function is based on the optimization model,so it can better preserve the topological features of the structure.Then use 3D design software to carry out topology optimization model reconstruction,and finally carry out additive manufacturing and test verification,and compare the stiffness of the key structural components before and after optimization.The design of the device has applied for and authorized a utility model patent.
