Urban Traffic Problems In Funing In Urbanization Development And Analysis Of Influencing Factors

With the continuous development of urbanization,the scale of urban areas is becoming larger and larger,and the problem of urban road traffic congestion has been highlighted in some small cities.Most of the existing cities are developed on the basis of the original cities.The cities built in the 1980 s and 1990 s are no longer suitable for the current urban traffic situation in which the main mode of transportation is household cars.In the process of urbanization,Funing inevitably encounters traffic congestion.How to avoid traffic congestion has become an urgent problem in the development of Funing.This paper verifies the traffic congestion in the old urban area of Funing through the experiment of the same road section in different vehicles and at different times,analyses the travel characteristics of Funing residents through the network questionnaire,consults the economic and construction data of Funing urban area,analyses the changes of economy,population and urban area in the process of urbanization of Funing urban area,and investigates the main congested road sections in the urban area on the spot.Through the above measures,the main factors causing road traffic congestion are comprehensively analyzed.Through the analysis of the survey results,it is found that the excessive occupancy of residential land in urban areas leads to the unbalanced land use structure;attaching importance to the expansion of new urban residential areas,ignoring the transformation of old urban areas;and the lack of service facilities during the expansion of new areas will lead to the inconvenience of residents to increase the total amount of travel.Poor road conditions,lack of road traffic facilities,internal and external traffic mixing,motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles mixing easily lead to traffic congestion and traffic accidents;public service facilities can not be coordinated with the construction of new urban areas,the overall number is insufficient,service radius is too large,service facilities around the road are easy to form a travel peak,causing serious road congestion.From the perspective of urban planning,this paper considers alleviating urban road traffic problems,based on the characteristics of small towns and the current situation of urbanization development,clarifies the main influencing factors of road traffic congestionin small towns and its impact on road traffic problems in small towns,and provides some references for reducing or even avoiding similar problems in the future urbanization development of small towns,which is suitable for the construction of small towns.Living in a city has certain guiding significance.
