Vehicles are widely used in people's lives.People's requirements for vehicle performance are more stringent.Since vehicle suspension and control technology are important parts of the overall vehicle performance,research on vehicle suspension and its control parts has become the most important.In order to comply with the development of the times,the research on active suspension is more meaningful,and the application of active suspension technology is more promising.The subject of this research is the application of digital hydraulic transformer in the active suspension system,which is a new energy-saving control system proposed to reduce the energy consumption in the active suspension system.The hydraulic system in the active suspension system uses an accumulator as an energy storage component,and a digital hydraulic transformer is used as an energy conversion device.The digital hydraulic transformer is composed of four gear pumps/motors coaxially combined,and can be switched by a hydraulic transformer.The four-position three-way electromagnetic reversing valve of the four gear pump/motor inlet and outlet realizes the load pressure regulation,and finally realizes the control of the active suspension system.Under the theoretical situation,the digital hydraulic transformer has no throttling loss,and is certain To a lesser extent,the energy consumption of the suspension system can be reduced.Based on the analysis of active suspension,it can be known that the active suspension is a nonlinear system.Based on the nonlinear characteristics of the suspension,an active suspension system scheme based on hydraulic transformer regulation is proposed,and the active suspension is realized by fuzzy PID control.In order to effectively analyze the vertical vibration problem of the active suspension,a 1/4 car body model was established,and the mechanical part,hydraulic part and control part of the 1/4 car body were modeled in AMESim and Simulink software,and finally passed.Co-simulation method is used to realize the establishment of active suspension simulation platform.Finally,the rationality of active suspension system and control strategy design is verified by the impact of road surface displacement signal and random road surface displacement signal.On the basis of simulation,in order to better prove the feasibility of hydraulic transformer for active suspension control,the hydraulic transformer controls the relative displacement of the hydraulic cylinder rod,and further verifies the rationality of the active suspension design.
