With the national "double carbon" strategic goal,energy saving and consumption reduction has become an important direction for the development of hydraulic industry.Based on the problem of high resource consumption and low efficiency of hydraulic transmission,a new type switching inertia hydraulic system with energy recovery is proposed,and its rationality and feasibility are explored in combination with the suspension system.Based on the existing switching inertia hydraulic system research,a new type switching inertia hydraulic system configuration that can realize bidirectional action is built.The new type switched inertia hydraulic system model for active suspension is constructed.The different road excitation models are analyzed and control strategies are developed.The operating characteristics and the performance indexes of the new type switched inertial hydraulic system for active suspension are simulated and analyzed by simulation software.An experimental platform is built to experimentally validate the new type hydraulic system proposed in this paper,and the main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,the structure and principle analysis of the existing switching inertia hydraulic system,on the basis of which the bi-directional switching inertia hydraulic system configuration was designed.Through the analysis of the components of the hydraulic system,and finally the new type switching inertia hydraulic system was obtained,so that it can realize the pressure regulation function in parallel on the basis of energy recovery.Secondly,in order to investigate the working performance of this new type switching inertial hydraulic system,combined with the active suspension system.The model of the new type switching inertial hydraulic system for active suspension was established.The external excitation and performance evaluation indexes of the system were determined,and the control strategy was developed to lay the foundation for the later working performance study.Further,a simulation model of the new type switching inertia hydraulic system was built on the AMESim simulation software platform.The working characteristics of the system were simulated and analyzed respectively;a simulation model of the active suspension was also built to combine the two system models;a control system was built on the Simulink software platform,and a simulation model of the new type switching inertia hydraulic system of the active suspension was obtained by using the two software for joint simulation;different road excitation models were used as inputs,and the system performance was analyzed according to the simulation results.At last,the system experimental bench was built to test the forward and reverse motion process of the new type switching inertia hydraulic system to control the actuating elements,and it was verified through the experiment that the new type switching inertia hydraulic system can control the hydraulic cylinder to carry out the forward extending motion as well as the reverse motion to recover energy.
