In China,kidney disease is in a high incidence rate and low awareness rate.At present,the instruments for detecting kidneys are relatively large and complicated to operate.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to develop a kidney detector that is compact in structure and can be operated at home.First of all,after comparing the existing renal detection substances,this paper uses Cystatin C as the detection substance,and the detection by Cystatin C has the characteristics of short time,accurate result and high sensitivity.Subsequently,it was determined that the cystatin C complex was measured by the nephelometric method,and the nephelometric method was simple and convenient for personal operation detection.Secondly,in order to achieve the portable Cystatin C detection system of the kidney,designing a suitable photoelectric detection system using a laser as a light source,a photovoltaic cell as a receiving device,then the scattered light intensity signals converted by the photocell collected into a voltage signal,amplifying circuit amplifies the signal,and the RC filter circuit removes the noise and transmits it to the micro control system to complete the measurement.Then,after the micro control system completes the connection with the smart phone through the WiFi module,the user can send the instruction of the detection instrument through the mobile phone,and can simultaneously view the measurement result of the cystatin C content on the display screen of the mobile phone APP and the instrument.At the same time,data can also be uploaded to the Internet via WiFi,which also laid the foundation for cloud processing of big data.In data processing,in order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results,firstly use the mean filtering algorithm to denoise the data,reduce the impact of other factors such as the environment,and then use the wavelet denoising method to compensate the error of the measured data.It makes the result closer to the true value.Finally,the Matlab software is used to complete the Gaussian fitting of the Cystatin C content and the voltage value,so that the voltage value can be directly converted to the content of Cystatin C.After the test experiments,analysis shows that the accuracy of the Cystatin C content by the portable detection Cystatin C relative deviation detection system can reach ten percent or less,the difference in precision of batches of eight percent or less,poor inter-assay relative standard deviation is less than equal to ten percent,which is in line with the design concept,the results are accurate and can complete the command sent by mobile phone APP required to,then complete the work of communication with the Internet.
