The energy consumption of rural buildings in China accounts for 40% of the national construction energy.Most of the insulation measures in rural areas are poor,leading to lower indoor thermal comfort;Winter coal-fired heating,a large number of combustion products released into the atmosphere,resulting in a certain degree of air pollution.In this paper,through field research,numerical simulation and on-site measurements and other means of Tianjin rural architecture for heating energy and heat during the indoor environment to carry out research work.In this paper,a field survey was conducted based on the current situation of heating of rural buildings in Tianjin.60.17% of rural buildings were constructed between 1990 and 2000,and 87.45% of rural buildings sat north and south,71.86% of them were heated by soil heating.Bulk coal heating up to 81.38% of farmers,73.16% of the indoor temperature of the building is below 14 ℃,63% of farmers indoors wearing sweater plus down waistcoat.The heat energy consumption accounts for the highest proportion of the total energy consumption,about 80%.Based on the state space method,DeST software was used to simulate the heat load per unit area of five typical rural buildings.The heat load per unit area of five typical rural buildings is stable with time,with the maximum heat load per unit area at 7:00 am,with the lowest heat load per unit area between 12:00 pm and 16:00 pm,and the heat load per unit area.The main factors include the envelope structure,the solar radiation and the cold air permeability.The solar radiation has a significant impact on the thermal load per unit area of the building.It is proposed that the heat load per unit area will be reduced by building a solar house and reducing the heat supply in a single room.Simulation calculation of heating energy consumption is 22 ~ 49%,mainly due to the simulation can not accurately describe the actual parameters of the envelope structure.In this paper,five typical buildings for indoor thermal environment and indoor air quality measurement and theoretical analysis.The mode of heating has a significant impact on the indoor temperature of the building,PMV and the indoor air quality.The use of air-conditioning heating can ensure the indoor temperature is in a high range and the indoor air quality is good,but the thermal comfort is poor.Its unit heating energy consumption and electricity cost are too high;Coal-fired stove + soil heating way to maintain good indoor thermal comfort,but the quality of indoor air is poor;The use of briquette furnace heating can neither ensure the indoor thermal comfort nor the indoor Air quality;Relatively speaking,the straw briquette heating furnace with automatic feeding function can provide the best indoor thermal comfort and the better indoor air quality when placed separately.The solar room on the residential area play a role in insulation,reducing indoor and outdoor heat,thereby enhancing indoor thermal comfort.The research done in this paper is of guiding significance for the winter heating mode and building energy saving measures of rural buildings in Tianjin.
